Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday-Thursday
Be ready to sweat! This is your functional fitness class with both strength and cardio. Coached classes run several times a day, Monday-Thursday. Coaches will provide modifications to members, as needed. Members run their own classes on Fridays. Every day is different, so come prepared!

A coached class with a focus on strict strength. Be ready to squat, deadlift, row, and press. Not as much cardio as the WOD but twice as heavy.

A coached class with a lower intensity than the typical WOD. This class focuses on strength, conditioning, mobility, and balance.
