Fitness Testing with UMW Exercise Physiology Department

UMW Exercise Physiology Department and Topo Fitness teaming up to give you valuable insight into your fitness level and how it relates to your health and longevity. Each participant will recieve education and a printed summary of their values and be encouraged to share this information with their health care providers. Topo Fitness and UMW hope you begin to view these measurements as a 'vital sign', directly linking these values to not only your current performance, but to your longterm predictions on aging strong, independent, and full of vigor!
