The category requirements are: 1. RUCK CATEGORY : Individual covers ground on foot with a weighted pack. 25 lb pack requirement, not counting water, if you weigh < 150 lbs 35 lb pack requirement, not counting water, if you weigh > 150 lbs. 2. RUN / WALK CATEGORY: Individual covers ground running or walking.
