Redmond Re-Lyte PRE is a tasty and refreshing pre-workout mix created to deliver a clean boost of energy to power you through any workout! With its balanced blend of electrolytes and minerals, Re-Lyte PRE improves performance, fights muscle fatigue, and aids in recovery, while helping you get the most out of your time in and out of the gym

 

Contains:

-Electrolytes optimized by health and fitness experts, including more sodium than most mixes to replenish what’s lost through sweat.

-Three essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) that support strength, speed, endurance, and muscle recovery. BCAAs have a slightly bitter flavor that we chose not to mask with artificial sweeteners like other pre-workout brands do. We felt the benefits of BCAAs outweighed the bitterness.

-Beta Alanine, A non-essential amino acid shown to boost exercise performance by increasing exercise capacity and decreasing muscle fatigue. Can cause tingling in the lips, ears, or fingertips when taken in doses over 2 grams. This is harmless and will start to fade within 30 minutes.

-Green Tea Extract, Provides a clean kick through 150 mg of caffeine. Research shows it can improve workout performance and help with post-workout recovery. It’s also high in antioxidants and supports brain health, heart health, liver function, and weight loss.

-Taurine, Contains the amino acid sulfonic acid, which may help improve muscle endurance. It’s also known to promote electrolyte balance.

-Ginseng Root, A popular herb in traditional Chinese medicine, it’s best known for its ability to provide a balanced energy boost and keep inflammation in check.

-Maca Root, Native to Peru, it’s sometimes called Peruvian ginseng because it supports energy just as effectively as ginseng. Maca’s also been shown to improve exercise endurance.

 

Re-Lyte Pre-Workout doesn’t contain any of the junk ingredients or fillers you’ll find in other pre-workout mixes, like sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, and anti-caking agents, and thickening agents.

 

Mix or shake well. (Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.)

 

Mix one scoop of Re-Lyte Pre-Workout into 8-12oz of water. (If you're new to pre-workouts start with half a serving)
